Temp-HR Recruitment Specialist

The Recruitment Specialist is a 30-hour per week, Monday through Friday position expected to last approximately six months. This role assists in high-volume recruiting efforts to attract and hire compassionate, qualified professionals who support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities include

sourcing candidates, building talent pipelines, attending job fairs, screening applicants, coordinating hiring activities, and partnering with managers to meet staffing needs.
