Consumer Sales Coach (Northwest Maryland)

The Consumer Sales Coach (CSC) will directly coach branch teammates in their assigned territory to ensure effective execution of sales strategies and tactics which will lift overall performance. The CSC will collaborate with the Consumer Sales Leader and Market Leader to build branch sales coaching plans implemented via in-person coaching to branch teammates followed by timely feedback to Market Leader and Consumer Sales Leader on performance, sales activities.

CSC is responsible for improving CRM utilization and productivity within their territory.
