Job description
The Senior Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing advanced maintenance, repair, and preventative maintenance activities for residential units, common areas, and building systems. This role serves as a technical expert and lead support resource for the maintenance team, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
The Senior Maintenance Technician also supports training, quality control, and operational consistency at the property level.
