Job description
Supervise daily Grand Parent Stock farm activities to ensure work is executed according to plans and SOPs. Monitor flock conditions and basic biological indicators, including health status, mortality, and egg production. Ensure compliance with biosecurity, animal welfare, safety, and hygiene standards. Coordinate and guide farm workers to ensure proper handling, feeding, and care of GPS flocks.
Identify and report operational issues, abnormalities, or risks to senior supervisors or managers. Maintain accurate daily operational records and support routine reporting. Support implementation of corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives at farm level.
