Guest Services Representative

POSITION SUMMARY

The Guest Services Representative position plays an active role in working with members and guests of the Rookery Activity Center. This position will be responsible for enrolling new members, cash handling, answering questions, directing members and guests, enforcing policies and maintaining a clean and safe space.  DUTIES Provide excellent customer service to members and guests so that all feel safe and welcome.
