Workload: 80-100% | Baden What you will do Shape and continuously evolve Axpo’s global learning portfolio in alignment with business strategy, capability needs, and future skill requirements. Strategically oversee key learning topics such as onboarding, welcome days, capability management, and core development initiatives.
Act as the central point of contact for learning experts across countries, divisions, and business units, ensuring alignment and knowledge sharing. Lead and develop a team of 5 learning managers and specialists, fostering collaboration, growth, and a strong performance culture. Drive innovation in learning through digital formats, blended solutions, and modern learning technologies, including AI integration.
Monitor learning impact and effectiveness through data, KPIs, and feedback, and improve offerings based on outcomes. What you bring & who you are Master’s degree in psychology, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Several years of experience in Learning & Development, ideally with team leadership experience in an international environment.
Hands-on experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and a strong interest in digital learning tools and trends. Strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach. Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across countries and business units. Strong written and oral communication skills in English; German is an advantage.
