Assistant Center Director

Conduct consultations with parents and students to explain educational programs. Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment and sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with families to improve retention and referrals. Oversee the daily operations of the learning center and ensure smooth class scheduling. Manage staff schedules, student attendance, and parent communication.

Maintain inventory of learning materials and coordinate replenishment with central teams. Support teacher training and ensure adherence to teaching standards. Motivate and guide the team to achieve operational and performance goals. Track enrollment, attendance, and center performance metrics. Prepare reports and assist in organizing workshops, events, and marketing activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, operations, or education management. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to solve problems and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
