About You
You are a culture vulture with an entrepreneurial spirit and a grasp of modern, earned-first media campaigns. You are local to the tri-state area and love to build and maintain authentic media relationships. You don’t shy away from implementing media strategies from concept to execution, finding new ways to meet client objectives and achieving top-notch results.
Your Skills Trusted Advisor: Providing proactive and reactive strategic media counsel to key clients. Development and Execution of Earned Media Strategies: While connecting with teams to develop integrated approaches to our work. Craft Compelling Stories: Designed to earn positive client headlines and coverage. Build and Maintain Relationships: Forge strong connections with key media contacts to leverage on behalf of clients.
Be Ahead of the Curve: Actively monitor for and be an early adopter of new media trends, platforms, and practices that could serve clients across our portfolio. Have Your Finger on the Pulse: Identify news cycles, cultural shifts, industry trends and issues that affect clients, distilling meaningful insights and inserting clients’ narratives in targeted, relevant and insightful ways.
Bring Ideas to the New Biz Table: Contribute to new business opportunities and pitches with creative media ideas. Minimum Requirements A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in PR and earned media; agency experience highly preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills; verbal and written. Strong decision-making and project management skills; deadline and detail oriented.
In-depth knowledge of the evolving media landscape. Experience working with integrated teams and on integrated campaigns. Social media and influencer marketing literacy. NYC Salary range: $74,000 - $85,000 Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.

$89,500.00 - $89,500.00 Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
