- Identify, initiate, and develop potential collaboration opportunities with universities, institutions, industries, and relevant organizations in China.
- Maintain follow up and progress on related collaboration programs, including tracking proposal submissions, reporting deadlines, and partnership work plans related to China region initiatives.
- Prepare and provide comprehensive proposal packages, grant reports, and partnership documentation to partners and potential partners in China.
- Develop proposal, partnership agreements, and program implementation while ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and compliance with institutional standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential Chinese partners to ensure sustainable and mutually beneficial collaborations.
- Conduct partnership mapping and market analysis for China region to support strategic expansion initiatives.
- Facilitate communication, meetings, visits, and negotiation processes, including MoU/MoA coordination with Chinese partners.
- Maintain and update accurate databases and documentation related to China partnerships, including agreements, contacts, activities, and related records (hard copy and electronic files).
- Collaborate with marketing and relevant units to develop promotional materials and marketing communication kits to support China-focused collaboration initiatives.
- Evaluate collaboration performance and prepare analytical reports and recommendations to enhance partnership effectiveness and program sustainability. Management Support Activities : o Provide Report to direct Supervisor. o Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost). o Perform activities related to Quality Management System. o Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor.
Education
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) Work Experience :
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Senior Staff, or
- Minimum 4 years working experience Special Skills:
- Knowledge of China higher education ecosystem
- Mandarin proficiency (written and spoken)
