Senior Construction Estimator - Remote

The Senior Construction Estimator is responsible for preparing bids and proposals, estimating project schedules, assessing labor needs, performing material and equipment quantity takeoffs, determining project risks, calculating cost estimates, and preparing technical documentation for construction projects. The Senior Construction Estimator will forecast the cost, size, and duration of future construction projects by collecting and analyzing data and preparing detailed cost reports and budgets.

Following project award, the Senior Construction Estimator will assist Project Managers in developing project schedules, creating Bills of Materials (BOMs), directing procurement, selecting and coordinating vendors, and other preconstruction activities.
