We are seeking a dependable, energetic, and caring Assistant Childcare Teacher / Floater to join our team in Daphne, Alabama.   • Support lead teachers with classroom care, routines, and learning activities
  • Assist with meals, diapering, toileting, naps, transitions, and outdoor play
  • Help maintain active supervision and a safe classroom environment
  • Update daily activity logs and communicate professionally with families
  • Assist with classroom cleaning, sanitizing, organization, and setup
  • Document children’s learning through observations, photos, and videos
  • Provide support in different classrooms as needed
  • Work cooperatively with teachers, administrators, and support staff What We’re Looking For
  • At least 19 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Patience, energy, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Ability to pass required state and federal background checks
  • Ability to work an eight-hour shift Monday through Friday between 6:45 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and regularly sit, stand, bend, kneel, and move throughout the day
  • Ability to see, hear, supervise, and respond to children at all times Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a childcare center, daycare, preschool, school, camp, or similar setting
  • Coursework or credentials in Early Childhood Education or Child Development
