Building Our Associate Bench – Capital Markets Contractors At Tonic, we are expanding our Associate (Contractor) bench to support a growing pipeline of high-impact transformation programmes across global financial institutions. We are an expertise-led Capital Markets consultancy , partnering with leading firms across collateral, financing, post-trade, digital, treasury, risk, trading, and regulatory change.
As we enter a significant growth phase, we’re proactively connecting with experienced professionals who can be deployed quickly into complex, large-scale engagements. Who We’re Looking For We are particularly interested in high-calibre associates with deep Capital Markets experience across the following roles: Business Analysts Senior Business Analysts Project Managers Programme Directors We are also seeking: Transformation & Advisory Engagement Leads / Senior Managers / Managers / Senior Consultants Professionals who can lead end-to-end engagements, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and bring structured consulting rigour to complex change initiatives.
Key Domain Expertise We are prioritising candidates with strong experience in: Agentic AI Digital Assets Collateral Management Post-Trade Operations Essential Requirement This opportunity is strictly for candidates with strong Capital Markets experience .
