CPL Multilateral Field Specialist

Position: Completions (Multi-lateral ) Field Specialist Job Summary: The Completions (Multi-lateral ) Field Specialist is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to customers. The Field Specialist identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manages risk during service delivery.

Job Location: West Coast and East Coast of INDIA Reporting to Product and Service Delivery Manager Key Responsibilities: These responsibilities are activities that correspond to the key processes. Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time. Responsible for service delivery execution. Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.

Running in 2 Tier, 3 Tier and 5 Tier Multi-lateral completions tools as per SOP with operational efficiency. Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services. Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections. Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.

Responsible for routine well surveillance, problem well diagnostics and proficient in downhole remediation practices and prepare field operational procedures. Work with drilling team on completion proposal, installation, snubbing unit operation, tubing installation and retrieval. Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.

Wear PPE and observe HSE policies. Maintain the required safety training. Behaviour: Learns quickly and adapts to new problems and situations. Experience & Exposures: Qualification – Diploma or bachelor’s in engineering and technology from reputed university. Minimum 7-10 years post-qualification expertise in running 2 Tier, 3 Tier, 5-tier multi-lateral completion tools. Environment – Onshore and Offshore Oilfield Qualification – Diploma or bachelor’s in engineering and technology from reputed university.
