Job description
SALARY RANGE $130,000 - $150,000 DOE. As Director of Human Resources, you’ll partner with the Sr. Regional Director of Human Resources to drive HR and initiatives such as talent acquisition and retention, benefits, employee relations and learning & development programs. You’ll be one of the drivers of the company culture, whilst ensuring the team members deliver a guest experience that is aligned with company’s’ service culture.
You'll also coach leadership team on all people-related matters.
