Dermatologist We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dermatologist to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will diagnose and treat a wide range of skin, hair, and nail conditions, while offering both medical and cosmetic dermatologic care. A patient-first approach and strong diagnostic acumen are essential.
Qualifications
● Medical degree (MBBS, MD/DNB in Dermatology) from a recognized institution. ● Board certification or equivalent in Dermatology. ● Valid medical license to practice in [Insert State/Region]. ● Strong clinical skills in diagnosing dermatologic disorders. ● Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
Key Responsibilities
● Diagnose and manage dermatological conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, vitiligo, and skin infections. ● Perform skin exams and biopsies to detect and monitor skin cancers and other disorders. ● Provide treatments including cryotherapy, electrocautery, intralesional injections, and phototherapy. ● Perform minor procedures such as excisions, scar revisions, and mole removals.
● Offer cosmetic treatments like chemical peels, botox, fillers, and laser therapies as per expertise. ● Educate patients on skincare routines, sun protection, and preventive care. ● Collaborate with other specialists for multisystem or autoimmune skin diseases. ● Maintain detailed, accurate patient records using EHR systems.
● Stay current with emerging treatments, dermatologic research, and cosmetic procedures.
Preferred Skills
● Experience with both medical and cosmetic dermatology. ● Trained in use of lasers and other aesthetic devices. ● Familiarity with trichology and dermatosurgery is a plus. ● Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems. ● Bilingual abilities are a plus.
