Job Summary
The Medication Specialist will provide oversight, accountability, administrative and clerical support to Outreach programs in the office and virtually. They will assist CST TLs in capturing all medication change opportunities and follow through on the medication change process. They will bring some level of medication knowledge and help educate the CST teams on the importance of safe medication practices.
