Lead maintenance operations for a high-performing fleet in Lansing, supporting 90+ collection trucks leaving the yard daily, heavy equipment and a maintenance operation that maintains a 25% average spare ratio to ensure exceptional reliability and service levels.
• Lead a team of mechanics, supervisors and other personnel • Oversee a modern fleet of diesel trucks and heavy equipment • High-impact leadership role with strong compensation and benefits • Monday – Friday schedule
