About the Role

Client Contact The Account Representative is the primary contact for assigned clients and is responsible for delivering an exceptional service experience. By building trusted relationships, anticipating client needs, and maintaining high standards of quality, this role helps ensure every property is cared for in a manner that reflects Fossil's commitment to excellence.

Crew Management Th is ro le is a lso responsi ble for organizing and leading up to 3 maintenanc e crews to deliver exceptional quality and efficiency on all assigned properties. The role incl udes c reat ing a weekly schedule for crews with tasks in addition to regular maintenance. The Account Representative ensures that crews have appropriate tools , materials, and plants for crews to successfully complete tasks.

T he Ac count Re present ative is al so expect ed to prov ide t raining in all aspects of estate maintenance , deve lopment and providing feedb ack to sta ff . Additional responsibilities include the coordination of ordering materials with the Maintenance Manager, supervision and management of subcontracted industry partners, and coordination with appropriate Fossil employees for enhancement/special project opportunities .

Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in horticul ture ( Pre ference to high - end residential mainte nance) 3 + years of sup ervisi ng maintenance teams .

Post-secondary education in horticulture is an asse t ; (Certificate, Diploma, or Red Seal). Exper ienc e in prov iding hig h- level ser vice to discerning clientele . Experience with irrigation system s and lands c ape lighting . Valid BC Class 5 driver’s license. We are prepare d to train the right candi date , please ap ply if you feel yo u are a goo d fit .

Compensation

& Benefits At Fossil, we take care of our people. Here’s what you can expect: Competitive Sal ary wage: $ 80 ,000 - $ 95 ,000 + year based on experience. Annual bonus eligibility.
