Job Summary

The Packaging Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily packaging operations up to the point of offloading from the packaging lines. This role focuses on leading packaging personnel, ensuring products are packed, labeled, and sealed to quality standards. Responsible for efficient and safe packaging operations, maintaining quality and food safety compliance, and coordinating closely with other department leadership to meet production demands.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership – Directs daily packaging operations including shift scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management to meet production targets. Quality & Compliance – Ensures compliance with safety regulatio
