Physicians | Registered Nurses | Paramedics | EMTs Location: Poland Project: Medical Services Deployment Type: Rotation-Based Assignment Maritime & Healthcare Group (MHG) is currently recruiting experienced healthcare professionals to support an international medical project in Poland. This is a unique opportunity to join a multidisciplinary medical team providing emergency response, primary healthcare, pre-hospital care, medical evacuation support, and force health protection services within a multinational operational environment.
OPEN POSITIONS Physicians (Primary Care / Family Medicine / Emergency Medicine) Requirements: Medical Degree (MD and equivalent specialization certificate) Valid and unrestricted medical license from an EU country, UK, or Norway Minimum 5 years of recent clinical experience
- Military deployments, Humanitarian missions, Remote medical facilities, Offshore environments, Expeditionary healthcare Registration with a recognized medical regulatory body (e.g., GMC, Medical Chamber, Medical Council, etc.). No active disciplinary actions. Recent continuous clinical practice within the last 2 years proven / provide at least 2 references Current BLS and ACLS certification, ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support), ETC (European Trauma Course), PHTLS (Prehospital Trauma Life Support), TCCC (Tactical Combat Casualty Care), TECC (Tactical Emergency Casualty Care) Experience in Primary Care, Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, and Chronic Disease Management, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Military Medicine, Pre-hospital Care Excellent English language skills. Additional languages (such as Ukranian, Polish etc) are a plus Highly Desirable: ATLS PHTLS Point-of-Care Ultrasound experience Military or NATO experience Remote site or expeditionary medicine experience Training on: Camp SOPs Incident reporting MEDEVAC procedures Clinical governance procedures Health & Safety requirements Registered Nurses Requirements: Nursing Degree, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, or equivalent recognized qualification. Valid Nursing Registration/License (EU, UK, or Norway) Minimum 3+ years of recent clinical experience. Proved track record in similar setting(Experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, internal medicine, military medicine, or pre-hospital care) Current BLS and ACLS certification Excellent English language skills Highly Desirable: Emergency Department experience ICU experience Critical care Ambulance services Occupational Health Trauma Nursing Military or remote healthcare experience Remote Site Medicine MEDVAC and Mass casualty experience PHTLS or TCCC certification TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) TCCC TECC ENPC Emergency Nursing qualifications Critical Care certifications Paramedics Requirements: Licensed Paramedic qualification from a NATO country Valid professional license / Registered Paramedic State Registered Paramedic Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic (EMT-P) equivalent Bachelor's Degree in Paramedic Science (preferred) Minimum 3+ years of recent practice Current BLS and ACLS certification Pre-hospital trauma care experience Emergency Ambulance Services Advanced Life Support Ambulances Critical Care Transport Military Medical Units Tactical Medical Teams Offshore / Remote Site Medicine Humanitarian Operations Excellent English language skills Highly Desirable: ATLS TEMS PHTLS (Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support) ITLS (International Trauma Life Support) ATACC TCCC (Tactical Combat Casualty Care) TECC (Tactical Emergency Casualty Care) Mass Casualty Incident (MCI) Management Major Incident Medical Management and Support (MIMMS) Military or deployment experience Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) Requirements: Certified EMT qualification EMT-Basic (EMT-B) EMT Intermediate (EMT-I) Emergency Care Assistant (ECA) Emergency Medical Technician (national equivalent) Minimum 3 years of recent experience Current BLS certification Excellent English language skills Standard driver’s license ( Class B or equivalent) plus a specialized Emergency Vehicle/Ambulance Certificate Highly Desirable: PHTLS TCCC Ambulance service experience Emergency Ambulance Services Event Medical Services Industrial / Occupational Health Military Medical Support Humanitarian Operations Remote Site Medicine Military, humanitarian, offshore, or remote site experience PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Candidates with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Military Medicine NATO Missions Humanitarian Deployments Offshore & Maritime Medicine Expeditionary Medicine Emergency Medical Services Remote Site Healthcare Mass Casualty (MASCAL) Response Highly desirable: First Response Emergency Care (FREC 4 or equivalent) PHTLS Awareness TCCC / TECC Awareness Oxygen Administration Trauma Care Training Emergency Driving Qualification (if operating ambulances) GENERAL REQUIREMENTS All candidates must: Hold a valid passport Be physically and mentally fit for deployment Have a clean criminal record Be eligible to obtain security clearance Be comfortable working in a multicultural and operational environment Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English OPERATIONAL ENVIRONMENT Please note that this assignment is based within a military camp environment. Candidates should be prepared to live and work in a structured, mission-focused setting, including shared facilities, security procedures, and operational routines. Accommodation, meals, and on-site support are provided; however, this is not a commercial or expatriate assignment and the living conditions are functional and operationally focused. Flexibility, resilience, adaptability, and professionalism are essential for success in this role.
