Sr. Integration Analyst

Responsibilities

Lead technical design, build, and deployment of Epic integrations, particularly through Aura, supporting ordering, results delivery, and data sharing workflows. Collaborate with hospital IT teams, Epic representatives, and clinical end users to define requirements and provide support during and after Epic Aura integration projects.

Manage end-to-end testing cycles, including unit, regression, and integrated testing, to validate system changes and enhancements. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for clinical application functionality and provide training or guidance to end-users and junior analysts. Support go-live initiatives and provide tiered production support to resolve application-specific issues in a timely manner.

Document workflows, specifications, and best practices for repeatable deployments.

Required Skills

5+ years of experience in healthcare IT, with at least 3 years of hands-on build experience in Epic modules. Epic certification in Beaker, Ambulatory, Interconnect, Bridges, Care Everywhere, or a related module. Proven track record of supporting clinical or lab ordering and results interfaces. Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

Nice to Have

Strong understanding of HL7, FHIR, and Epic interoperability tools. Direct experience with Epic Aura deployments and workflows.
