This assignment is expected to last approximately six (6) months, with the potential for extension based on business needs. The Contract Recruiter is a trusted business partner to our Hiring Managers, creating and driving a talent acquisition strategy that supports business needs and growth. This role will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.

The responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline. As part of the Giving HR team, the Recruiter will also participate in global projects focused on continuous improvement. This role will support hiring for all markets.
