OPERATOR/SCHEDULER

The operator/scheduler is responsible for answering patient phone calls in a welcoming and courteous manner, scheduling patient appointments, transferring calls to the appropriate person, sending phone messages to the nursing staff, and documenting all calls in the electronic medical record.
