High-volume, well-established dealership operations Work with Toyota, a global automotive industry leader What you'll be doing: Repairing collision damaged vehicles in accordance with company standards and quality expectations Performing body, frame, structural, and mechanical repairs following manufacturer and industry-approved procedures to ensure safety, structural integrity, and longevity of repairs.
Identifying, documenting, and reporting hidden, unrelated, and otherwise undocumented damage accurately and thoroughly Documenting all work performed and recommended repairs on repair orders and estimate documentation Delivering consistently high-quality workmanship to support customer satisfaction and uphold vehicle safety standards What we need from you: Have 5+ years of experience as a Red Seal Journeyman Bodyshop Technician Have a valid British Columbia driver’s license Strong written and verbal communication skills The ability to thrive in a high-production environment A strong commitment to following company policies, procedures, and operational processes Strict adherence to repair procedures in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications Must follow repair processes in accordance with company and manufacturers specifications Familiarity with industry standard equipment (Wedge Clamp, Car-O-Liner, Pro.
