Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in the Greater Tampa Bay Area.

The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, while providing excellent customer service to ensure positive client experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting property showings, preparing contracts, evaluating real estate markets, and building long-term client relationships.

Agents will also collaborate with team members and adhere to market regulations to close transactions successfully.

Qualifications

Active Real Estate License to conduct property transactions Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including market evaluation Strong Customer Service and Sales abilities to build and maintain client relationships Exceptional communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently Prior experience in real estate or a related field is an added advantage
