CDOC Correctional Officer I - Rifle and Delta

This Colorado Department of Corrections (CDOC)  posting will be used to fill vacant positions at our Rifle and Delta locations.  There are endless opportunities with the CDOC .  The Rifle Correctional Center is a 192-bed Level I minimum security facility, which is located on a 75-acre site in rural Garfield County in Western Colorado.

The facility originally opened in the 1960s as a satellite labor camp and has evolved over time to its present format. Our current programming continues to maintain a community-based labor service but has expanded to include secondary education, vocational training, and a reintegration program intended to reduce recidivism.
