We are a hospital-employed group with no partnership track/buy-in and equal parity, scheduling, and vote from day one!

Mercy Hospital Aurora and Cassville: 25-bed, critical access hospital Annual ED volume of 11,000-13,000 patients Easy transfers (ground and air) to Mercy Hospital

• Springfield, an 886-bed level I trauma center and tertiary catchment hospital for a four-state area Hospitalists available 24-hours per day for admissions No hospitalist work or inpatient rounding required MRI and CT available Basic emergency procedures are available including Glidescope and Ultrasound No trauma designation Less than 2 patients per hour EPIC EMR across Mercy Rated in the top 5% nationally for overall clinical excellence by Healthgrades Named in the top 100 critical-access hospitals in the US Mercy Emergency Medicine Offers: Schedule completed three months in advance for a great work/life balance 12-hour shifts, 12 shifts per month – flexible and block scheduling available $50,000 signing bonus plus paid relocation Guaranteed hours/shifts and $205-$226/hour Immediate parity and equal rotation and scheduling among the group Supportive physician mentors, partners, and friends - group is stable NP/PA coverage each day Comprehensive, day-one benefits package for the entire family Occurrence-based liability insurance Aurora and Cassville are rural communities that offer proximity to Springfield, Branson, Joplin, and Rogers AR.
