Director Transformation Office

Reporting directly to the Transformation Officer, a former McKinsey leader and KKR Operating Partner, and partnering closely with the Executive Committee, the Director, Transformation Office operates at the center of enterprise-wide value creation, driving strategic initiatives and enabling impactful business transformation.

The role focuses on prioritizing and tracking transformation initiatives, building disciplined business case and governance processes, and ensuring delivery against financial and operational targets.
