Assistant Manager, Direct Mortgage

Responsibilities

Drive the Bank’s mortgage lending business by securing referrals from property agencies and solicitors’ firms, and by participating in on-site sales initiatives Independently handle mortgage application documentation and submit cases for credit assessment in accordance with the Bank’s mortgage policies and guidelines Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with property agencies and solicitors’ firm Qualifications : Proven track record in mortgage lending with established connections among property agencies, developers, and solicitors’ firms Candidates with less experience may be considered for a junior position Strong sales and service orientation, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work on Sundays and public holidays Proficiency in both English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage Demonstrated situational awareness, eagerness to learn, and adaptability to an Agile working environment Strong customer-centric mindset with commitment to delivering exceptional service quality Professional qualifications such as the Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under the Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) will be an advantage Interested parties please click “ APPLY NOW ” with your full resume, with current & expected salary .
