Superintendent (Solar/Electrical)

B.H. Inc.is looking to hire afull-time Superintendentto run electrical crews onindustrial solar farmswhile adhering to all codes and safety standards. The current project is in Boise, Idaho. This position requires a high level of experience in this type of work. The superintendent earns an initial salary of $110K to $135k (DOE)that ispaid weekly. Qualified applicants may be eligible forper diemon this project. QUALIFICATIONS

• Field Experience: 5-10 years in construction mangement, with a minumum of 3-5 years directly supervising utility-scale solar projects.

• Electrical experience.

• Willingness to travel with a 5 week on site rotation.

• Proven track record managing field crews, equipment and logistics across expansive sites.
