eCommerce Site with Appointment Management -

2016-03-27: I'm looking for a team to build a eCom site for www.walkintour.com It currently uses ecwid.com as its eCom backend but we need to retire it. We are a real estate photography company with the following requirement 1) allow customers to select the services/packages needed during the order process. 2) allow customers to fill in the job site address, square footage.

1. allow customers to choose time slot based on our availability calendar. 4) allow back office to manage availability calendar. 5) allows one calendar per resource (aka photographer). 6) allow us to specify the time needed for each product variant (2000 sqft home takes less time than a 3000 sqft home) 7) be able to synchronize order and scheduling details with Zoho Creator (our own internal app).

2. have some kind of customer referral system built in so customers who refer others can get points/credit/coupon of some kind. 9) supports coupon and discount code. 10) supports multiple payment gateway 11) integration with one of electronic document signing system (DocuSign, EcoSign etc) so the customer can sign legal service agreement electronically.

I'm looking at Magento or equivalent eCom system. The calendar and referral system can be plugins on top of it. Team Requirement 1) 1 central point of contact that speaks English, available for video conference. 2) has graphic designer and UI developer 3) has experience building a similar site. Please send a link to a similar site you built before as a sample to be considered.

I'm looking for a fixed price to build and configure the system to working level, similar to our existing site, with all plugins linked. Then pay the graphic and UI customization on a hourly basis.
