What You’ll Do As a Client Care Specialist, you’ll help ensure our clients receive exceptional care while supporting and mentoring caregivers in the field.
Deliver outstanding customer service to clients, families, and caregivers Cover open client shifts when needed to ensure continuity of care Train and mentor new caregivers in clients’ homes Communicate caregiver updates and performance to leadership Uphold agency standards, policies, and professionalism Why You’ll Love Working With Us Full-time stability with a Monday–Friday schedule PTO accrual after 90 days Affordable health coverage options Paid training, mileage, and travel time reimbursement Daily pay option through Tap.

Requirements
