Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Port St. Lucie FL Total Compensation up to $80K | No Weekends We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our established multidisciplinary practice in Port St. Lucie, FL. We specialize in helping patients improve mobility, function, and quality of life through personalized rehabilitation.

What You'll Do

Guide patients through therapeutic and corrective exercises Progress individualized rehabilitation programs Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education Perform therapeutic modalities within scope Educate and motivate patients Complete accurate daily documentation Communicate with PTs and other providers Qualifications Active Florida PTA license Minimum 2 years of PTA experience Strong communication and documentation skills Positive, patient-focused attitude Schedule & Compensation $65,000–$74,000 base salary + $2,500–$6,000 annual bonus potential Tuesday & Thursday – half days No weekends 1 week paid vacation Free 1-hour massage each month Office products available at cost Join an established practice with 18 years in the community and a collaborative team focused on helping patients get back to doing what they love.
