• Day Shift Position Location: Harrisonburg, VA Salary Range: $69,742 - $116,251 We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits.

Overview

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for coordinating patient care resources to meet the clinical needs of patients while ensuring high-quality, efficient, and compassionate care. This role oversees a multidisciplinary team and serves as a key resource for clinical staff, physicians, and the public. The Clinical Supervisor plays a vital role in administrative decision-making, staff development, and program implementation, while also supporting talent retention and customer service excellence.

Education
