Job Purpose: Lead and manage the strategic growth and operational excellence of the Bank’s distribution channels which include multi-asset and multi-client distribution platforms.

​ Drive profitability through effective product distribution, client engagement, and alignment with the Bank’s overall business objectives.​ Job Requirements: Strategic Leadership ​ Develop and execute distribution strategies to achieve annual KPIs and long-term growth targets. ​ Align distribution initiatives with the Bank’s strategic priorities, including multi-asset and multi client distribution, and client wallet optimization.

​ ​ Business Development & Client Engagement ​ Expand and deepen relationships with retail, CHNW and Digital clients to maximize wallet share. ​ Drive cross-selling opportunities across equity, fixed income, derivatives, and other multi-asset products. ​ Represent the Bank in industry forums, seminars, and client education initiatives.

​ ​ Channel Management ​ Oversee performance of commissioned representatives, brokers, sales - people and respective marketing teams. ​ Ensure effective distribution of products and services through multiple sales channels, including digital platforms. ​ ​ Governance & Compliance ​ Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks.

​ Implement robust controls and reporting mechanisms for distribution activities. ​ People Leadership ​ Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing distribution team. ​ Foster collaboration across departments to deliver integrated client solutions. ​ Candidate Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.

​ Minimum 12–15 years of experience in investment banking or asset management, with at least 5 years in a senior distribution role Strong understanding of capital markets, investment products, and distribution dynamics. ​ Proven leadership in managing large teams and driving business growth. ​ Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

​ Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and risk management practices. ​
