Spectrum by Watchfire is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and support our Texas Outside Sales team. This is a primarily field-based leadership role focused on coaching, developing, and selling alongside Outside Sales Representatives. The Regional Sales Manager will spend significant time traveling throughout Texas, working directly with reps on key opportunities, especially high-value video and complex projects.
This role is ideal for a hands-on sales leader who thrives in the field and drives growth through presence and partnership. This role must be based in a major metro area within Texas.
