Job Description: Essential Functions:
- Coordinate employer recruitment events, hiring events, workshops, and onsite employer activities.
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale job fairs and community events.
- Coordinate event logistics, including employer registration, scheduling, room setup, vendor communication, and event materials.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Business Services Team and PA Career. Link® partners to coordinate activities and information sharing.
- Coordinate and maintain the PA Career. Link® social media presence by working closely with the Digital Media Producer to develop and publish content across multiple platforms.
- Assist in developing, updating, and distributing Business Services marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain and operate the PA Career. Link® Constant Contact platform and employer communication lists.
- Maintain inventories of office supplies, promotional materials, and event resources; coordinate purchasing and process purchase orders as needed.
- Record employer contacts, services, and activities in CWDS and other required tracking systems.
- Schedule and facilitate employer presentations, orientations, workshops, and seminars.
- Coordinate scheduling and registration for Work. Keys assessments for participants and employer-referred candidates.
- Coordinate scheduling and registration for ESL, ABE, CASAS assessments classes with internal staff and partner organizations.
- Conduct outreach to employers and community organizations to gather and share workforce-related information.
- Participate in Business Services and Employer Outreach Team meetings by preparing agendas, recording meeting minutes, and coordinating submissions for monthly market intelligence reports.
- Maintain community partner directories, employer contact databases, and distribution lists.
- Represent PA Career. Link® at employer, workforce, and community meetings, conferences, networking events, and outreach activities.
- Assist leadership with special projects, reporting requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct internal quality assurance or ISO-related audits as assigned.
