🚀 🔨 What You'll Do 📞 Coordinate with builders, homeowners, installers, and coworkers to resolve service issues 📅 Schedule installers and service appointments ✅ Track service orders from request through completion 📦 Monitor orders and material status 💬 Keep builders and homeowners updated 🧾 Review and approve installer invoices 💻 Handle invoicing and order entry 📲 Manage service activity using Hey.

Pros and other industry software 🎯 Follow up on open items and make sure nothing falls through the cracks ⭐ What We're Looking For Highly organized with excellent follow-through Strong communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented and accurate Comfortable juggling multiple priorities Confident working with numbers, invoices, and order information Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly A dependable team player who takes ownership and solves problems 🏗️ Experience in flooring, construction, homebuilding, scheduling, installation coordination, operations, or customer service is preferred but not required .
