Key Responsibilities

Guide new patients through the onboarding process with empathy and clarity Assist patients in uploading medical records, prescriptions, and required documents Act as a dedicated point of contact for assigned patients Proactively follow up with patients regarding appointments, reports, and care plans Address patient queries, concerns, and escalations with sensitivity and urgency Track patient journeys and ensure no step is missed in the care process Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and updates in CRM/EMR systems Support process improvements by sharing patient feedback and operational insights
