What You’ll Do

Complete skilled nursing visits and patient assessments

Provide wound care, medication administration, and IV infusions

Develop and implement individualized care plans

Monitor patient progress and changes in condition

Communicate with physicians and the care team

Complete required clinical documentation

Travel between patient visits

We serve Medicaid and private-pay patients, so NO OASIS documentation is required.

What You’ll Need

Minimum 1 year of RN experience

Experience in ER, Med-Surg, acute care, or similar settings

Active RN license in good standing

Current BLS/CPR certification

Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to work independently and manage patient visits
