Management/Leasing Coordinator - Central Virginia

The primary purpose of this position is to provide leasing for new propertires and training on Envolve policies and procedures to Community Managers, as needed. This position may also serve as the Community Manager of a single site on a temporary basis. The Management/Leasing Coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of the property while they are assigned to it.

This position may also be assigned responsibility for multiple newly developed assets to coordinate all aspects of the community from pre-delivery to stabilization.
