Resource Navigator -CSBG Program

Under the supervision of the CSBG Director, the CSBG Intake Specialist is responsible for conducting eligibility screenings, collecting and verifying supporting documentation, and processing applications for housing assistance. The Intake Specialist also provides support with invoices, payments and reimbursements related to physical and mental health services.

This position manages day-to-day Federal Poverty Level (FPL) cases by ensuring compliance with all program regulations, eligibility criteria, and benefits processing requirements. The CSBG Intake Specialist maintains consistent follow-up with clients to ensure timely service delivery and successful completion of program steps.
