Candidates must complete the registration and selection process before receiving the final invitation to attend the in-person hiring drive. Hiring Process Step 1: Register for BuildX Interested candidates must register for the relevant opportunity before the registration deadline. Step 2: Profile Shortlisting Our Talent Engine team will review registered profiles against the role requirements.

Step 3: HackerRank Assessment Shortlisted candidates will receive a mandatory HackerRank assessment. Step 4: Final BuildX Invitation Candidates who successfully qualify in the HackerRank assessment will receive the final invitation and detailed instructions to attend the BuildX Hiring Drive at our Bellandur office. Only candidates who receive the final invitation will be eligible to participate in the in-person hiring process.

Open Positions

1. Java Fullstack Engineer Experience: 8 to 15 Years Location: Bengaluru Role Overview We are looking for experienced Java Fullstack Engineers with strong hands-on expertise across backend and frontend application development. You will contribute to the design, development, modernization, enhancement, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications while collaborating with architects, engineering teams, product teams, QA, DevOps, and other cross-functional stakeholders. A strong background in the Payments domain is mandatory for this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable fullstack applications. Build robust Java-based backend services and integrate them with modern frontend applications. Develop clean, maintainable, reusable, testable, and high-quality code. Participate in solution design, application architecture, and technical discussions for complex engineering requirements.

Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs and services across applications and platforms. Contribute to microservices and distributed application architectures. Identify performance bottlenecks and improve application scalability, reliability, and performance. Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues across application layers.

Perform code reviews and drive engineering standards and development best practices. Collaborate with architects, product teams, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle. Mentor engineers and contribute to improving overall engineering quality.

What We Are Looking For

Strong hands-on expertise in Java application development . Strong experience with Spring Boot and enterprise Java frameworks. Proven experience working in the Payments domain . Strong understanding of fullstack application architecture. Experience building scalable enterprise applications and microservices. Strong understanding of REST APIs, integrations, and distributed systems .

Experience with SQL and relational databases . Exposure to Kafka and event-driven architectures . Experience with modern frontend technologies such as React.js or Angular . Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes . Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud . Strong understanding of software design principles, coding standards, and engineering best practices.

Experience working in Agile engineering environments. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical capabilities. Ability to independently own complex technical deliverables. Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills. 2. Java Backend Engineer Experience: 8 to 15 Years Location: Bengaluru Role Overview We are looking for experienced Java Backend Engineers who can design and develop reliable, scalable, and high-performance backend applications, APIs, and services. The role requires strong hands-on engineering expertise, a sound understanding of backend and distributed application architecture, and the ability to solve complex technical challenges in enterprise environments. A strong background in the Payments domain is mandatory for this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable backend applications and services using Java. Build reliable APIs, microservices, and service integrations for enterprise applications. Translate business and technical requirements into robust engineering solutions. Contribute to application architecture, system design, and technical decision-making.

Develop clean, maintainable, testable, reusable, and high-quality code. Design solutions for performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability. Identify and resolve application performance and scalability issues. Troubleshoot complex production and application-level problems.
