We're looking for a detail-oriented Product Support Coordinator to join our Specialist Wholesale Product Team based at our Tullamarine Distribution Centre. This is a unique opportunity for someone with an interest in photography. Working from a dedicated photography area within the warehouse, you'll be responsible for photographing automotive products, maintaining accurate records and supporting product data processes used across the business.
The role offers flexibility across Monday to Friday, with hours that can be tailored around availability. Some weeks may involve full-time hours, while others may offer shorter days. It's an excellent opportunity for someone returning to the workforce, a photography enthusiast, or someone looking for a consistent casual role with flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
Operate a dedicated product photo booth and camera equipment Capture clear, accurate and high-quality images of automotive products Prepare products for photography, including unpacking, arranging and repacking items Review images to ensure quality, consistency and accuracy Enter and maintain product information within spreadsheets and internal systems Track product movement through established workflows Maintain accurate records and data integrity Assist with general product support activities as required Keep the photography workspace clean, organised and safe To be successful in this role, you will have: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Good computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Excel or spreadsheets The ability to follow processes and work independently A proactive and organised approach to work Strong reliability and a positive attitude Confidence learning new systems and technology Highly Regarded An interest in photography or experience using digital cameras Experience working within a warehouse or distribution environment An interest in automotive products or the aftermarket industry Working Environment This role is based within a dedicated photography area located at the far end of our large Tullamarine Distribution Centre.
Candidates should be comfortable: Working within a warehouse environment Walking through a large distribution centre daily Working in varying temperatures throughout the year, including warmer and cooler conditions Undertaking occasional manual handling when moving or positioning products for photography Working independently for extended periods while managing their own workflow What's On Offer?
