Southern Land Company, a national real estate development and construction firm, is seeking a full-time Service Manager to join our dynamic team at our Luxury Active Adults-Plus Flagship, in Franklin, TN, pre-leasing in 2026.

Southern Land is offering an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about providing world class customer service. The successful candidate must be well-versed in operating and maintaining building maintenance and mechanical facilities. The candidate will also be responsible for cultivating resident satisfaction, controlling expenses within budget parameters, developing employees, promoting teamwork and meeting goals in a fast-paced environment.
