Talent Acquisition Manager: Home Health

Today, we support over 5,000 patients across San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Alameda, Contra Costa, Solano, Napa, Yolo, Placer, El Dorado, and Sacramento counties — with recent expansions into Marin and Sonoma As a Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM), you’ll be at the heart of our growth.

Our TAMs act as true hiring managers, driving the search for top clinicians across multiple territories and ensuring we always have the talent needed to serve our patients. You’ll own the process end-to-end, from market analysis and outreach through closing, while partnering closely with leadership to shape how we scale.
