Required Skills
Language Skills Fluent English required Basic German skills are expected required Basic knowledge of: Microsoft Intune Ability to understand the configuration and management of endpoint devices, policies and compliance settings within Microsoft Intune environments. Entra ID Ability to manage user and devices identities, assist with access management and support authentication processes.
Power. Shell Ability to use and adapt Power. Shell scripts Networking fundamentals Ability to understand basic networking concepts and support troubleshooting of connectivity and VPN related issues. Support experience in Windows (optional iOS & MacOS) and hardware environment topics (First Level experience is welcome) Windows Hello for Business (WHfB) Ability to assist with configuration and troubleshooting of secure authentication solutions such as Windows Hello for Business.
VPN Ability to support VPN configurations and resolve connectivity issues for end users. Bit. Locker Ability to support and troubleshooting Bit. Locker encryption in enterprise environments. BIOS Ability to configure, verify and troubleshoot BIOS and firmware settings on corporate devices. Updates and drivers Ability to manage and troubleshoot Windows updates and device driver related issues.
Root Cause Analysis (e.g., logs, Event Viewer, registry) Ability to analyze system logs and use troubleshooting tools such as Event Viewer and registry for issue investigation. Workload Distribution 80%
- Handling support tickets within the EDM (Endpoint Device Management) environment 20%
- Working on additional areas such as: Infrastructure topics (configurations, policies, security) Application management (including scripting) Other technologies such as Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Windows 365
