Compensation & Schedule

💰 Pay Rate: $60/hr 🏨 Per Diem: None - Locals Only 🎯 Completion Bonus: $150/month 💵 Pay Frequency: Weekly ⏰ Schedule: Monday-Friday | 48 Hours Per Week 📈 Additional Schedule Details: Occasional Saturday work (8 hours) as needed. Resumes requested ASAP.

This position offers the opportunity to work autonomously while leading a small safety team. The selected candidate will work directly with site supervision, project management, and craft personnel to ensure safe execution of construction activities and maintain project compliance standards.

Required Qualifications

✔ STS-C, CHST, ASP, or CSP Certification ✔ Degree in Safety (or acceptable equivalent) ✔ Minimum 3+ years of construction safety experience ✔ Data Center Construction Experience ✔ Experience leading site safety initiatives

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide daily field safety oversight for data center construction activities

• Maintain a highly visible presence throughout active work areas

• Conduct routine site inspections, audits, observations, and hazard assessments

• Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), permits, and pre-task plans

• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and project-specific safety requirements

• Identify unsafe conditions and coordinate timely corrective actions

• Provide field coaching and reinforce safe work practices with craft personnel

• Coordinate safety activities with project management, supervision, and subcontractors

• Lead and support a small onsite safety team

• Participate in incident investigations and corrective action implementation

• Maintain required safety documentation, inspection records, and compliance reports

• Promote a proactive safety culture throughout the project
