Senior Care Therapist (LSW/LPC) Make a difference where it matters most. We are seeking a therapist who is committed to enhancing the emotional well-being and quality of life of seniors in long-term care and community settings.

What You'll Do

Provide assessments and behavioral health evaluations. Develop individualized treatment plans. Deliver counseling and therapeutic interventions. Support residents through life transitions, grief, loss, adjustment issues, depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. Collaborate with facility staff, healthcare providers, families, and community partners.

Maintain clinical documentation and ensure compliance with professional standards.

What We're Looking For
