Position Summary:

Translator

Duties:

• Reception: Receiving customers or visitors and performing receptionist desk duties.

• Record keeping: Creating and maintaining records

• Communication: Answering and transferring phone calls, sending, and receiving emails, and distributing messages

• Scheduling: Scheduling appointments and business trips

• Filing: Sorting and filing documents

• Data entry: Entering data into spreadsheets

• Record keeping: Creating and maintaining records

• Mail: Checking and sending mail, and sorting and delivering incoming mail

• Photocopying: Making copies and collating

Requirements:

• Must have excellent organizational skills.

• Must be able to work overtime when needed.

• Must be motivated to achieve excellence.

• Must have Excel and Microsoft Office experience.

• Must have good customer service skills.

• Must have knowledge of computers

• Must be able to use a filing system.

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, push, pull and lift up to 40 pounds during the entire shift.

• Must pass a drug test.

• Must be able to get to work on time.

• Must adhere to safety protocols

• Must pass a background check.
